Timesheet Analysis
aeonscope has a reporting function to provide detailed reports describing the areas of your business that are using most of your businesses time resources, and how much time has been spent on any given Job in any given time period.
To open the Timesheet report select Production → Analysis from the aeonscope
icon in the taskbar.
An Analysis report must include a time period or date and at least one selection from the Include row. The Process checkbox will be checked by default. The order in which you select the various options from the Include row will define the way the report is sorted. Selecting the Employee checkbox and then the Process checkbox will sort the results by Employee, and then by Process. Click the
button to initiate the report.
The results can be further reduced using the fields in the Reduce by row.
Exporting Analysis Reports
The data from the Production Analysis report can be exported in a number of different formats. This can be useful if you wish to create Excel PivotTables or use the data for other spreadsheet functions.
Select the type of data you wish to Export using the Options menu at the top of the Production Report window. You may elect to export directly to Excel, or a Comma Seperated file (CSV).
Clicking on the Export
