Debtor Sites

From aeonscope

The Debtor Sites window in aeonscope's main function is the maintenance of Site entries in the database. To prevent the creation of duplicate Councils only aeonscope users with the User Privilege DSADMIN are able to create new Councils, or to rename or merge existing councils.

The Debtor Sites window is accessed from the aeonscope Image:aeicon.jpg in the taskbar, selecting Debtors → Sites.

New Councils

Clicking on the Council Image:prefs.jpg Button will open the Council Setup window.

Enter the name of the new Council in the Council field and click the Image:add.jpg button. The Council Entry window will open.

Enter the State that the new council is in and select the Council Type from the dropdown list. There are three different Council Types - the types define the process used by the council for the certification of building applications. If the Council makes certification decisions in-house use the Council type, if they outsource building certification use the Private type. If the council uses both in-house and external certification methods, or if you are not sure use the Unset type.

Click OK to create the new council.

Merging Councils

When two or more councils merge into one council you can use the Merge function to merge all data from the two councils into one council record. From the Debtor Sites window click on the Merging button. The Merge Councils window will open.
